Add some spice to your yoga with Mind, Body, and Pole,
a weekly yoga class utilizing the fitness pole! This class is the only one of its kind in Pittsburgh.
The dance pole is a
unique tool for yoga practitioners. It serves as a safety net, giving you the self-assurance to try new poses.
Holding on to the pole allows you to move more deeply into stretches, offers stability to help you balance, and serves as
an anchor to add resistance to strength work. You’ll achieve yoga positions you never thought possible, and have so
much fun that you’ll forget you’re increasing muscle tone, flexibility, core stability, and overall strength.
The Mind,
Body, and Pole classes take place Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 pm at Fitness
with a Twist, at 70 S. 21 Street on the South Side. Classes are drop-in, and cost only $12, or $40 for a 4-class pass.

Private Instruction

I offer one-one-one, personalized classes at your residence* or my home studio in Pittsburgh's North Hills. Standard
fee is $65 for a one-hour class, or three one-hour classes for $150.
